3. answer your phone to set your delivery day & time
4. schedule a pick up for 48 hours after you loot was delivered
5. keep at least 1 item over $200 and your "styling, delivery & pick up" is FREE

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I CHOOSE
Chose 2- 8 items and we will pack them up and delivery them directly to your Vancouver address. Someone must to available to access and sign for the delivery.
2. CAN I ADD HOLIDAY SHOPPING ITEMS?
Of course, let us help you with your gifting and self-gifting. We would love you to include some of our amazing scarves, socks, toques into your delivery. Santa Lord is very festive.
3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT?
Your credit card will be pre-authorized only. Once you have decided on what you want to keep the final charge will only be made for those items.
4. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE $50 STYLING AND DELIVERY FEE?
The $50 fee is pre authorized on your card at the beginning and only proceed onto your card if you don't have any luck and return all the items we delivered.
5. HOW CAN I GET FREE DELIVERY AND PICK UP?
Keep at least one regular priced item over $200 and the styling, delivery and pick up service is FREE!
6. CAN I GET THIS SERVICE IN NORTH & WEST VANCOUVER?
We hope to extend this service into these areas in the week. Please reach out if you would like to be added to the "wait list" for North & West Vancouver as well as Richmond & Burnaby. If there are enough orders we will schedule a day in each area.
