Designed in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The mernini raincoat withstands the unrelenting power of the North Atlantic wind and rain.

Mernini raincoats are made from a waterproof, rubberized fabric with a soft cotton backing.

The material composition is:

Exterior: 100% polyurethane (PU) — provides the waterproof, rubber-like finish.
Backing: 100% cotton — gives the inside a softer feel.
Mesh ventilation: Polyester mesh helps air circulate.

The coats also feature a 10,000 mm waterproof rating, welded seams, wind protection and waterproof zippers.

Are they rubber? Not technically. Polyurethane is a synthetic material that gives the coat the appearance and waterproof performance of traditional rubber rainwear, but with a lightweight, flexible feel.
